2. Services

Golen Recruiting provides technical recruitment services connecting employers with job seekers in the technology sector. Our services include:

  • Contingency and retained search recruitment for employers
  • Resume database submission for job seekers
  • Premium add-on services including video interviews, skills assessments, and background verification

3. Job Seeker Registration Fee

Job seekers are required to pay a non-refundable $10 registration fee to submit their resume to our talent database. This fee covers the cost of maintaining our database and ensuring quality candidate submissions. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

4. Employer Fees

Employer fees are based on the service tier selected, starting at 10% of the placed candidate's first-year annual salary. Specific terms, including payment schedules and guarantees, are detailed in individual placement agreements executed prior to candidate introductions.

5. No Guarantee of Placement

Golen Recruiting does not guarantee employment for job seekers or candidate placement for employers. We make reasonable efforts to match qualified candidates with appropriate roles but cannot ensure any specific outcome.

6. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate and truthful information
  • You will not submit fraudulent or misleading resumes or job postings
  • You will maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the recruitment process
  • You will not use our services for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Golen Recruiting and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Golen Recruiting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
